Bill is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State and a resident of Springfield for over 45 years.
He is in his third "mid-career" change. He is a Certified Public Accountant and practiced public accounting for 38 years as a partner and shareholder with both local and national CPA firms. He served as the Executive Director of a center city not-for-profit organization for three years before obtaining his realtor license and entering the commercial real estate profession.
His volunteer experience has included service as the chairs of the Springfield Planning and Zoning Commission, the Springfield Traffic Advisory Board, Vision 20/20 (Springfield/Greene County’s citizen based long-range planning committee) and the Jordan Valley Park Advisory Committee.
His varied professional and volunteer experiences make him eminently qualified to assist both sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions.
